A group of far-left federal judges once again attacked President Trump during a judicial forum hosted by “Speak Up For Justice.”
“The theme of this webinar is, “Judges Break Their Silence: Attacks, Intimidation, and Threats to Democracy.” Judges speak out regarding threats, intimidation efforts, and even impeachments brought up against them,” Speak Up For Justice said.
Judges Jack McConnell (Obama), Esther Salas (Obama), Alch, and Lasak participated in the forum.

A group of federal judges decried a series of politically charged attacks from the White House Thursday, saying the broadsides are emboldening bad actors and leading to death threats and political intimidation.
“Now, it’s at a level that I have to honestly say is different. We’re seeing things coming out from the top down, from White House spokespeople, calling us crazy, leftist, unconstitutional judges,” Esther Salas, a U.S. District Court judge in New Jersey, said at a judicial forum hosted by the group Speak Up for Justice.
While judges have faced vitriol from both ends of the political spectrum, Salas — an Obama appointee — at the forum urged the White House in particular to tone down its rhetoric. Her 20-year-old son, Daniel, was killed while celebrating his birthday in a July 2020 shooting by a gunman who posed as a delivery driver. The attack was aimed at his mother from a disgruntled attorney.
Thursday’s forum was latest report on judges attacking Trump.
As reported earlier this month, DC Chief Judge James Boasberg and other DC Judges admitted bias against the Trump Administration during a March 2025 judicial conference with Chief Justice Roberts, according to a memo obtained by The Federalist.
For the last several months DC Circuit Court Judges have engaged in a judicial coup against President Trump.
Far-left DC judges James Boasberg, Beryl Howell, Chutkan, Berman Jackson and others have ruled against President Trump in every case related to deportations and firings in the Executive Branch.
Boasberg, an Obama appointee, is one of the worst offenders. Judge Boasberg not only demanded planes deporting illegals turn around midair, he said he found probable cause to hold Trump Admin officials in criminal contempt for defying his court order.
According to The Federalist, Boasberg discussed pending lawsuits and actually named a defendant during the judicial conference.
“Federal judge James Boasberg advised Chief Justice John Roberts and some two dozen other judges that his D.C. colleagues were “concern[ed] that the Administration would disregard rulings of federal courts leading to a constitutional crisis,” according to a memorandum obtained exclusively by The Federalist. That Judge Boasberg and his fellow D.C. District Court judges would discuss how a named Defendant in numerous pending lawsuits might respond to an adverse ruling is shocking. Equally outrageous is those judges’ clear disregard for the presumption of regularity — a presumption that requires a court to presume public officials properly discharged their official duties, The Federalist reported.
