Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Trial: ‘Jane’ Says Rapper Continued Having Drug-Fueled Sex Marathons After Feds Raided His Houses – His Defense Files Motion to Dismiss Over Alleged Witness Perjury

There’s never a dull day in the High-Profile criminal trial of disgraced rap mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.

In its fifth week, the trial saw today the last day of direct testimony of ‘Jane’ the influencer who was his ‘girlfriend’ until he was arrested.

Jane has told the jury a very similar story of violence, beatings and said she was coerced into participating in the endless drug-fueled sex marathons they called ‘Hotel Nights’.

Today, she told the jury that Diddy kept having ‘freak-offs’ even after the feds raided his homes in March 2024.

New York Post reported:

“’Jane’, Combs’ influencer girlfriend until his September arrest, testified that after the pair were on a break the hip-hop mogul wooed her back despite her repeatedly telling him she felt used by his relentless pressure for her to continuously partake in ‘hotel nights’ — also called ‘freak-offs’.”

Jane told the jury Diddy didn’t stop the ‘freakoff’ even after the Feds raided his houses.

Jane flew to Miami and Los Angeles in May, July and August of 2024 for sex marathons; Diddy was arrested a month later, on Sept. 16.

An emotional Jane told the jury that Diddy repeatedly threatened to release sex tapes of her having sex with male escorts.

At one point, she was extorted by a porn star involved in the ‘Hotel Nights’ named ‘Sly’, who demanded $10,000 after the feds raided Combs’ homes.

Diddy and her lawyer managed the issue without paying.

Then, Jane testified that she “got a call from a ‘really big media company’ telling her ‘they had just bought the [sex] tape and that they were about to publish it and do I have any comment’.

Jane says she fainted and called her lawyer. The video never came out and Jane still doesn’t know why.

Sean “Diddy” Combs agreed to pay his influencer ex $450,000 in “reimbursement” for their relationship, according to her testimony.

At one point, the influencer girlfriend ‘Jane’ texted Diddy that she felt like ‘a side chick and a sex worker’ in their relationship.

Diddy’s defense has again filed a ‘motion to dismiss’ the trial.

While all this is going on, Defense lawyers for Diddy are again asking the judge to declare a mistrial based on what they say amounted to prosecutorial misconduct.

ABC News reported:

“In a letter filed on Saturday, defense attorney Alexandra Shapiro alleged that federal prosecutors presented ‘demonstrably false’ evidence related to the allegation that Combs dangled Bryana Bongolan — a longtime friend of Combs’ ex-girlfriend and star witness Cassie Ventura — off a 17th floor apartment balcony in Los Angeles in 2016.”

Diddy’s lawyers are accusing Bongolan of perjury.

“While Bongolan testified that she was able to document her injuries from the attack on September 26, defense attorneys showed the jury hotel receipts to prove that Combs was in New York between Sept. 24 and 29, 2016.

‘The government knew or should have known this testimony was perjured, and that Ms. Bongolan could not possibly have been injured by Mr. Combs on a Los Angeles balcony in the early morning hours of September 26, or even the day before that’, Shapiro wrote.”
