The Supreme Court must intervene.
Corrupt Obama Judge Amy Berman Jackson ruled in favor of Hampton Dellinger on Saturday and entered a judgment declaring his firing illegal.
President Trump fired Hampton Dellinger, Special Counsel of the Office of Special Counsel (not to be confused with a special counsel hired as a federal prosecutor) a few weeks ago.
However, shortly after the firing, Judge Jackson sided with Hampton Dellinger, issued an administrative stay, and allowed him to keep his job.
Over a week ago, President Trump filed an emergency application to the US Supreme Court, however, the high court held Trump’s emergency request “in abeyance”, which means that the court could make a decision at a later date.
Judge Jackson extended a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) reinstating fired Biden holdover Hampton Dellinger after a dramatic hearing on Wednesday.
The TRO was extended through Saturday, March 1.
On Saturday, Judge Jackson ordered Hampton Dellinger’s removal was unlawful and entered a judgement declaring his firing illegal.
DOJ counsel argued that President Trump, under Article II, can fire subordinates for no reason.
DOJ lawyers rightly argued that Judge Jackson has ZERO authority to reinstate Dellinger. The DOJ argued Judge Jackson’s order reinstating Dellinger infringes on a President’s power.
Judge Jackson remained defiant on Saturday and claimed Article II did not provide the executive to fire Dellinger, Margot Cleveland, senior legal correspondent for The Federalist, said.
3/ Unsurprisingly, Judge order Dellinger’s removal was unlawful & that Article II did not provide the executive to fire him. She also entered a declaratory judgment declaring firing illegal and that he remained Special Counsel & enjoining all defendants but Trump. pic.twitter.com/X4pv8QERJr

Trump will likely go back to the Supreme Court for an immediate decision.
5/ So Trump fires Dellinger again & appoints someone else and directs other non-defendants to keep Dellinger out of the building & IT to cut him off. It just won’t work. However, Trump will likely instead ask Supreme Court for immediate decision that reinstatement is not allowed

Margot Cleveland said of the Judge’s order: “Judge ruled on entirety of the case, meaning decided both the preliminary injunction and the “merits” of the complaint together so the case before her is over.”
6/ Of note: Judge ruled on entirety of the case, meaning decided both the preliminary injunction and the “merits” of the complaint together so the case before her is over. Dellinger had argued to SCOTUS that Trump’s earlier Application would now be moot, but Trump’s attorney

On Wednesday evening President Trump again urged the US Supreme Court to intervene.
“In short, a fired Special Counsel is wielding executive power, over the elected Executive’s objection, to halt employment decisions made by other executive agencies. The MSPB, the entity that respondent argues is responsible for supervising him, is deferring to his stay requests so long as the requests are rational. The MSPB, moreover, is being led by a Chairman who has herself been fired by the President, only to be reinstated by a district court,” Trump’s Acting Solicitor General Sarah Harris said in a petition to the Supreme Court.
