Dozens of anti-ICE protesters have been arrested after tearing down barriers set up around the U.S. Capitol and sitting on the stairs outside the U.S. Senate.
This comes as leftists plan nearly 2,000 demonstrations in cities across the nation, copying the ongoing riots in Los Angeles, California, where Trump has deployed the National Guard and Marines to stop the chaos.
The group that breached the Capitol perminiter are demanding the military be evacuated from U.S. streets.

A large group of protesters was arrested and loaded onto a bus for booking.

According to one clip on social media, the group consists of veterans, “demanding that the government take military off of United States streets.”
They can be seen sitting on the Capitol steps, holding a banner that reads, “Vets Say Military Off Our Streets.”
