Another day in America, another black-robed tyrant legislating from the bench to sabotage President Trump’s constitutional authority.
As the Associated Press reported, U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson blocked the Trump Administration’s plans to fire employees at Elizabeth “Pocahontas” Warren’s (D-MA) “brainchild”: the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Moreover, the administration will be barred from access to agency computer systems.
Berman Jackson expressed ‘concern’ that officials were not obeying her earlier order maintaining the agency’s existence until she rules on the merits of a lawsuit to preserve it. She has scheduled a hearing on April 28 to hear testimony from officials.
As TGP readers may know, CFPB was originally proposed in 2007 by Warren while she was a law professor, and its creation was authorized by the Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act in 2010.
Warren was then appointed by Barack Obama in September 2010 as Assistant to the President and Special Advisor to the Secretary of the Treasury on the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to establish the CFPB.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Jackson last month blocked the dismantling of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. She is one of the rogue district judges who are stripping power from the executive branch.
This move was later blocked by the DC Circuit Court of Appeals.
In February, after the Trump administration gutted the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) Berman Jackson temporarily halted the mass firings. She also ordered the defendants to preserve all of their data and records. Berman Jackson believes she knows better what is good for America.
Also recall that Berman Jackson, like many of her Obama-appointed peers, has worked day and night to torment and harass Republicans and Trump supporters for years as a District Court Judge.
Jackson has a long history of lawlessness that is so lengthy that Tucker Carlson called for her impeachment in 2020.
