The House of Representatives voted today to censure Rep. Al Green (D-TX) for his stupid stunt during President Trump’s joint address to Congress on Tuesday.
The vote was 224-198. Every Republican voted yes, while 10 Democrats surprisingly also voted to censure.

Following the vote, Democrats started singing “We Shall Overcome” on the House floor as if the party needed further embarrassment.

The House voted yesterday afternoon to move forward with the censuring of Green after the House Sergeant at Arms escorted him out over his refusal to follow decorum during Trump’s speech. The vote was 211-209.
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Speaker Mike Johnson intervened during Trump’s congressional speech to remove Representative Al Green (D-TX) following an outburst that interrupted President Donald Trump’s address.
The incident occurred as President Trump was outlining his administration’s achievements and future plans, a moment intended to inform and unify the nation.
After being warned, the reckless Al Green brazenly persisted in disrupting Trump’s address with his shameless antics.
This outrageous violation of decorum forced Speaker Johnson to take decisive action, ordering the Sergeant-at-Arms to remove Green from the chamber like the disgrace he is.
Green had previously announced the articles of impeachment against Trump for supposed “dastardly deeds.” He doubled down after getting booted the chamber.
This is a breaking news story and will be updated.
