President Donald Trump’s push against the woke and destructive consequences of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is not only having an impact in the United States; it is smashing woke policies across the globe.
Global IT services company Accenture, which is based in Dublin, Ireland, has reportedly ended its diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
According to an internal memo from CEO Julie Sweet, as reported by the Financial Times, the company will start “sunsetting” its 2017 diversity goals.
Accenture, which employs about 799,000 staffers worldwide, will also rollback its career development programs for “people of specific demographic groups,” according to the memo.
The DEI policies will no longer be used to measure staff performance, the memo said.

The policy change followed an “evaluation of our internal policies and practices and the evolving landscape in the United States, including recent executive orders with which we must comply,” Sweet said.
The company also will no longer work with Human Rights Campaign’s (HRC) woke Corporate Equality Index (CEI) social credit scoring system according to Robby Starbuck.
Big news: I reached out to Accenture in December to let them know we were considering a story on their woke policies in the early part of this year.
Today, they’ve announced an end to their DEI policies and that they’ll stop working with the @HRC’s woke CEI social credit scoring… pic.twitter.com/HCJbiVjpat

HRC was exposed in 2023 as the forefront of the leftist LGBTQ mafia in utilizing a social credit score to force companies to advance their poisonous agenda.
HRC publicly threatens organizations every year by sending a list of demands over what they want to be displayed in public, or corporations will face a price.
CEI is a corporate social credit score that rewards or punishes companies based on the number of woke issues they are forcing on their workforce and customers.
A company’s CEI scores are tied to its financial future as the global financial network that includes Vanguard, BlackRock, State Street, and others use the CEI index as a means to determine investment.
So much winning
The Trump effect is sweeping across Ireland.
